<p>B&amp;B Concrete played a key role in the construction of the new Schlauthaus Stage in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, NY. Designed to serve as a central gathering point for community events and live performances, the project reflects the town’s investment in public space and cultural engagement.</p><p>Working under Barone Construction Group, B&amp;B Concrete delivered critical structural and site concrete elements that were a major component for the project’s successful execution. Our scope included the installation of structural concrete foundations for the stage platform, along with ramp, stair, and sidewalk slabs to provide safe and accessible circulation for performers and guests.</p><p>A distinguishing feature of the project was the use of architectural formliner to create a wood slat texture on the exposed foundation walls—blending concrete durability with a warm, natural aesthetic.&nbsp;</p><p>Our team coordinated closely with the general contractor and design team to ensure the concrete work aligned seamlessly with the architectural vision, contributing to a vibrant new venue that will serve the Wappinger community for years to come.</p>
